SELECCIÓN POR FILTROS

We have the following options:

  1. Action on products:

In this option we choose the actions to be carried out on our products.

The following actions can be carried out

  • Deactivate products. If this option is ticked, the products that meet the selected filters will be deactivated, which means that they cannot be sold.
  • Delete products. If we mark this option the products that fulfil the selected filters will be eliminated, they will disappear from our database, we will lose the images, they will not be able to be sold, in short they will disappear from our catalogue.
  1. Main configuration:
  • Number of items to process per cron. In this option we indicate the number of products that will be processed per action. For example if I set 10 it means that each cron action will process 10 products.
  • Apply the rules sequentially. If this option is selected, the products must comply with all the rules assigned to deactivate/delete, i.e. the filtering rules (manufacturer, images, attributes, categories, …) selected must appear in the product to be processed for the selected action to be applied (deactivated/deleted). If this option is NOT checked, only one rule will be fulfilled, i.e. the products that fulfil any selection condition (manufacturer, images, attributes, categories, …) will be selected to carry out the action set (deactivated/deleted).
  • Process all products ignoring the selection rules: the selection of products according to the parameters manufacturer, images, attributes, categories, words will be bypassed and the selected action (deactivate or delete) will be applied to all products on the platform when they are created or updated.

IMPORTANT: if we tick process all products ignoring the selection rules and the option to delete all products when they are created they are deleted so they can neither be created nor modified.

  1. Selection by attributes: This is a product selection condition on which the selected action (disable/delete) will be applied.

We have the following options:

  • All products: The selected action will be applied on all products.Solo productos sin atributos.
  • The selected action will be applied on those products that do not have attributes (combinations).
  • Only products with attributes. The selected action will be applied on those products that have attributes (combinations).
  • Ignore configuration by attributes. Product selection by attributes shall be ignored.
  1. Selection by image: This is a product selection condition on which the selected action (disable/delete) will be applied.

We have the following options:

  • None. The selected action is applied on products with and without image.
  • Products without image. The selected action applies to products WITHOUT image.

IMPORTANT: If you tick the option NO image, in conjunction with Delete, no new products can be created on the platform.

  1. Selection by category: This is a product selection condition on which the selected action (disable/delete) will be applied.

The selected action will be performed for products whose default category matches one of the selected categories.

  1. Selection by manufacturer: This is a product selection condition on which the selected action (disable/delete) will be applied.

The selected action will be performed on the products that are from the selected manufacturer, for example if I select the manufacturers Halco and Limit the products from these manufacturers will be deactivated/removed.

  1. Selection by words.

Allows us to filter by an entered text.

We have the following options:

  • Search text in the name: It will search for products with the entered words in their name.
  • Search for text in the long description. Search for products that contain the entered words in their description.
  • Search for text in the short description. Search for products that contain the entered words in their description.
  • Search text in all languages. It will search for the words entered in the product description in all languages.
  • Respect upper and lower case. It will search for products that match the entered words taking into account upper and lower case, i.e. if I search for “T-shirt” and there is a product that contains “T-shirt” this product will not be selected.
  • Search for complete words only. It will search the products for the word entered in a way that completely matches an existing one, i.e. if I search for “cam” and I have “t-shirt” it will not select this product.
  • Search for all words. It will search for products that contain all the words entered, if it does not contain any of them the product will not be selected for any action. If it is not marked, it will be enough for the product to contain one of the words entered for it to be selected.
